Job Hazard Analysis (JHA/JSA) Development & Review Services
A.R.G. Construction, Safety & Health provides professional Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Development & Review Services to help employers systematically evaluate work activities, identify workplace hazards, establish appropriate control measures, and document safe work procedures.
Services may include development of new JHAs/JSAs, review of existing documents, revision of outdated analyses, evaluation of task steps and associated hazards, recommendations for hazard controls, and assistance integrating JHAs/JSAs into workplace safety programs and pre-task planning processes.

JHA/JSA Development Process
Depending on the agreed scope of services, A.R.G. may review applicable work activities, observe job tasks, consult with knowledgeable employees and supervisors, identify logical work steps, evaluate associated hazards, review existing controls, and recommend additional preventive measures where appropriate.
The completed JHA/JSA may document the work activity, individual task steps, identified hazards, applicable controls, required personal protective equipment, and other information appropriate to the employer’s operations and agreed project scope.
Existing JHA/JSA Review
A.R.G. may review existing employer JHAs/JSAs for clarity, organization, identified hazards, documented controls, consistency with observed work activities, and opportunities for improvement. Recommended revisions may be provided based on the agreed scope of services.
Project & Company-Specific Services
JHA/JSA services may be provided for individual tasks, specific projects, groups of work activities, or broader company safety programs. Documents may be developed using an A.R.G. format or an employer/client-approved template when provided and appropriate.
