A.R.G. Construction, Safety & Health provides professional Contractor & Subcontractor Safety Prequalification Services to assist organizations with evaluating safety and health information submitted by contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other service providers before or during the contracting process.
Services may include review of available safety programs, training documentation, incident information, regulatory documentation, insurance-related safety information when included within the agreed scope, employee qualification records, and other safety documentation established by the client or project.

Safety Program & Documentation Review
Depending on the agreed scope, A.R.G. may review contractor or subcontractor safety manuals, written programs, training records, qualification documentation, incident information, inspection records, JHAs/JSAs, and other safety-related documentation required by the client or project.
Pre-Mobilization Review
A.R.G. may assist clients with reviewing required safety documentation before a contractor or subcontractor mobilizes to a project. Identified missing, incomplete, expired, inconsistent, or otherwise unresolved documentation may be communicated to the appropriate client representative for evaluation and follow-up.
Project-Specific Requirements
When requested, the prequalification process may incorporate client-established or project-specific safety requirements, documentation checklists, contractor onboarding requirements, training requirements, site safety rules, and other criteria provided by the client.
Documentation Tracking
Depending on the scope of services, A.R.G. may assist with developing or maintaining contractor safety documentation checklists, deficiency lists, follow-up records, qualification documentation tracking, and other administrative safety records.
