Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: October 6, 2026
A.R.G. Construction, Safety & Health (“A.R.G.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) understands that schedules and circumstances may change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the general terms applicable to training registrations, courses, events, products, and professional services purchased or scheduled through A.R.G.
Additional terms disclosed at the time of registration, in a quotation, proposal, invoice, service agreement, or other written agreement may apply. When specific written terms have been agreed upon for a particular transaction or service, those terms will govern to the extent they differ from this general policy.
1. TRAINING COURSE CANCELLATIONS BY PARTICIPANTS
If you are unable to attend a scheduled training course, please contact A.R.G. as soon as possible at office@argcsh.org or (407) 781-6973.
Eligibility for a refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduling will depend on the specific course, the timing of the cancellation, costs already incurred by A.R.G., materials or credentials already ordered or issued, and any terms disclosed at the time of registration.
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a refund.
2. RESCHEDULING & TRANSFERS
When permitted, A.R.G. may allow a participant to transfer a registration to another available course date or eligible participant.
Rescheduling and transfers are subject to course availability, applicable program requirements, instructor availability, registration deadlines, and any administrative or third-party costs associated with the change.
Any approved credit or transfer must be used according to the terms communicated by A.R.G. at the time of approval.
3. NO-SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS
Participants are responsible for arriving on time and satisfying applicable attendance requirements.
A participant who fails to attend a scheduled course without providing appropriate notice may be considered a no-show. No-shows may be ineligible for a refund, credit, or transfer, subject to the circumstances and any applicable course-specific requirements.
Late arrival may prevent participation or successful completion when minimum instructional or attendance requirements apply. In such cases, A.R.G. is not obligated to issue a certificate, card, credential, or other completion document.
4. COURSE CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING BY A.R.G.
A.R.G. reserves the right to cancel, postpone, relocate, reschedule, or modify a course or event when reasonably necessary because of instructor availability, insufficient enrollment, severe weather, emergencies, facility conditions, safety concerns, governmental actions, operational circumstances, or other conditions beyond reasonable control.
If A.R.G. cancels a course and does not provide a reasonable replacement or rescheduling option, affected participants may be offered an appropriate refund or credit for the applicable registration amount paid directly to A.R.G.
A.R.G. is not responsible for incidental or third-party expenses incurred by participants, including travel, lodging, meals, transportation, lost wages, or other personal or business expenses, except where otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
5. COURSE MATERIALS, CARDS & CREDENTIALS
Certain registrations may involve costs for books, manuals, training materials, cards, certificates, credentials, shipping, third-party processing, or other items.
Amounts associated with materials or services that have already been ordered, prepared, issued, shipped, accessed, or otherwise incurred may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Replacement cards, certificates, credentials, or documents may be subject to additional administrative, processing, or shipping charges.
6. ONLINE, DIGITAL & ELECTRONIC MATERIALS
Where A.R.G. provides access to digital training materials, electronic documents, downloadable resources, online content, or similar products, refund eligibility may be limited once access has been provided, content has been downloaded, or the service has otherwise been delivered.
Any specific terms presented at the time of purchase or enrollment will also apply.
7. CUSTOM & PRIVATE TRAINING
Private, onsite, customized, or client-specific training may require advance scheduling, instructor commitments, travel arrangements, course materials, equipment, facility coordination, or other preparation.
Cancellation or rescheduling of customized training may result in charges for reasonable costs already incurred by A.R.G., including non-refundable travel, materials, administrative expenses, instructor commitments, third-party charges, or other project-specific expenses.
Specific cancellation and payment terms contained in an accepted proposal, quotation, invoice, purchase order, or service agreement will apply to the applicable engagement.
8. CONSULTING, INSPECTIONS & FIELD SERVICES
Safety consulting, inspections, audits, site visits, program development, project support, and other professional services are separate from standard course registrations and may be governed by individual proposals, service agreements, invoices, purchase orders, or other written terms.
Once professional services have been performed, time has been committed, travel has occurred, reports or documents have been prepared, or other project-related costs have been incurred, the associated charges are generally considered earned or incurred and may not be refundable, subject to applicable law and the governing agreement.
9. TRAVEL & PROJECT-RELATED COSTS
When services require travel, A.R.G. may incur expenses associated with transportation, mileage, fuel, tolls, lodging, airfare, parking, preparation, scheduling, materials, and other operational requirements.
Non-refundable or already-incurred project expenses may remain the responsibility of the client when a scheduled service is cancelled or changed, where permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
10. PRODUCTS & PHYSICAL ITEMS
Refund or return eligibility for physical products will depend on the nature and condition of the item and any terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
Customized, personalized, used, damaged, opened, issued, or specially ordered materials may not be eligible for return or refund except where required by applicable law.
Customers should contact A.R.G. before returning any physical product. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
11. PAYMENT PROCESSING & THIRD-PARTY FEES
Transactions may involve third-party payment processors or financial institutions. Certain processing, transaction, shipping, administrative, or third-party charges may be non-refundable when those amounts have already been incurred and are not recoverable by A.R.G., to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any refund approved by A.R.G. will generally be returned through an appropriate payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
12. DUPLICATE OR ERRONEOUS TRANSACTIONS
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction or that a payment was processed in error, please contact A.R.G. promptly so the transaction can be reviewed.
Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be addressed as appropriate based on the circumstances and available transaction records.
13. REFUND REQUESTS
Refund requests should include sufficient information for A.R.G. to identify and evaluate the transaction, including the purchaser’s name, course or service, transaction or invoice information when available, and the reason for the request.
A.R.G. may request additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate the request.
Approval or denial of a refund will be based on the applicable registration terms, services provided, expenses incurred, course or product requirements, contractual terms, circumstances of the request, and applicable law.
14. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers are encouraged to contact A.R.G. directly regarding billing concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that the matter can be reviewed and, where appropriate, resolved promptly.
A.R.G. reserves the right to provide relevant transaction, registration, attendance, communication, service, delivery, and other business records to a payment processor or financial institution when responding to a payment dispute.
15. EXCEPTIONS REQUIRED BY LAW
Nothing in this policy is intended to eliminate, restrict, or waive any refund, cancellation, consumer, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived or limited under applicable law.
16. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
A.R.G. may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy periodically to reflect changes in our programs, services, business practices, payment methods, or applicable requirements.
Any revised policy will become effective when posted on this page unless otherwise stated. Transactions already subject to separate written terms will remain governed by the applicable terms for those transactions.
