Effective Date: October 6, 2026

Welcome to the website of A.R.G. Construction, Safety & Health (“A.R.G.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of this website, including information, training programs, registrations, products, services, forms, and other resources made available through the website.

By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the website.

1. WEBSITE USE

This website is provided for legitimate business, educational, training, safety, and informational purposes. You agree not to use the website in any manner that could damage, disable, interfere with, or compromise the website, its security, its users, or A.R.G.’s business operations.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas, accounts, systems, databases, training materials, or other resources associated with this website.

2. TRAINING PROGRAMS & COURSES

A.R.G. provides occupational safety and health training, professional development programs, equipment-related training, environmental health and safety programs, and other specialized training and educational services.

Course descriptions, schedules, duration, prerequisites, delivery methods, instructor availability, and other program information may vary depending on the specific program, applicable requirements, client needs, location, and delivery format.

Registration for a course does not guarantee successful completion, certification, qualification, authorization, licensing, or issuance of a credential. Participants must satisfy all applicable attendance, participation, examination, practical evaluation, identification, documentation, and other course requirements.

3. CERTIFICATES, CARDS & CREDENTIALS

Certificates, cards, credentials, or other documentation issued through A.R.G. are subject to the requirements applicable to the specific training program.

Completion of training does not automatically authorize an individual to perform work for an employer or operate equipment. Employers remain responsible for determining employee competency, authorization, qualifications, supervision, and compliance with applicable workplace requirements.

A.R.G. reserves the right to verify training records and to decline, suspend, revoke, correct, or replace documentation when reasonably necessary because of administrative error, inaccurate information, fraud, misuse, noncompliance with program requirements, or other legitimate circumstances.

4. REGISTRATION & PARTICIPANT INFORMATION

Individuals registering for training or other services are responsible for providing complete and accurate information.

A.R.G. may require appropriate identification or supporting documentation when necessary for registration, training records, certification, credential verification, regulatory requirements, or prevention of fraud.

Providing false, misleading, altered, or fraudulent information may result in cancellation of registration, denial of services, withholding of credentials, or other appropriate action.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change unless otherwise confirmed through a written quotation, proposal, agreement, invoice, or completed transaction.

Applicable taxes, processing charges, transaction costs, travel expenses, materials, shipping, or other charges may apply depending on the product or service purchased and will be disclosed when applicable.

Payment terms for consulting, field services, inspections, audits, customized training, and other professional services may also be governed by a separate proposal, service agreement, invoice, or written contract.

6. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & REFUNDS

Course registrations, cancellations, rescheduling, transfers, no-shows, and refund requests are subject to A.R.G.’s applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy and any additional terms communicated for a specific course, event, product, or service.

A.R.G. reserves the right to cancel, postpone, relocate, reschedule, or modify a course or event when reasonably necessary because of instructor availability, insufficient enrollment, severe weather, emergencies, facility conditions, safety concerns, operational circumstances, or other conditions beyond reasonable control.

7. PROFESSIONAL & CONSULTING SERVICES

Safety inspections, site observations, audits, consulting, program development, training, and related professional services provided by A.R.G. are based on the scope of work agreed upon with the client.

A site visit, inspection, observation, consultation, or report represents conditions observed or information reasonably available within the scope and time of the service performed. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, such services are not represented as a continuous or comprehensive inspection of every condition, activity, employee, contractor, hazard, or regulatory requirement at a workplace.

Employers, contractors, owners, and other responsible parties retain their respective obligations for workplace safety, supervision, employee conduct, hazard correction, regulatory compliance, and implementation of appropriate safety programs and controls.

8. REGULATORY & GOVERNMENTAL REFERENCES

This website may reference occupational safety and health standards, regulations, agencies, programs, or requirements, including those associated with OSHA, MSHA, EPA, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, state agencies, or other governmental or industry organizations.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, A.R.G. is an independent private organization and is not a governmental agency. References to governmental agencies, regulations, standards, or programs do not imply governmental ownership, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

Any authorization, approval, accreditation, provider status, instructor authorization, or other designation held by A.R.G. or its personnel applies only within the scope and conditions of that specific authorization or program.

9. WEBSITE INFORMATION

A.R.G. makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and useful information on this website. However, laws, regulations, standards, program requirements, schedules, pricing, and other information may change.

Website content should not be relied upon as a substitute for reviewing applicable regulations, official requirements, project specifications, contractual obligations, or professional advice appropriate to a particular situation.

11. PROHIBITED USE OF TRAINING MATERIALS & CREDENTIALS
