A.R.G. Construction, Safety & Health provides professional Incident & Near-Miss Investigation Support Services to assist employers, contractors, and project management teams with the systematic evaluation of workplace incidents, injuries, property damage events, near misses, and other unplanned safety events.
Depending on the agreed scope of services, A.R.G. may assist with information gathering, incident scene observations, employee and witness interviews, documentation review, identification of contributing factors, root cause analysis, corrective action development, investigation reporting, and follow-up activities.

Incident Investigation Process
Depending on the circumstances and agreed scope, A.R.G. may assist the employer with gathering available facts, reviewing the incident location, interviewing involved personnel and witnesses, evaluating applicable work activities and procedures, reviewing available documentation, identifying contributing factors, and developing recommendations intended to reduce the likelihood of recurrence.
Root Cause & Contributing Factor Analysis
A.R.G. may assist with evaluating factors associated with workplace conditions, equipment, work practices, procedures, supervision, communication, training, planning, hazard recognition, and other organizational or operational conditions relevant to the incident.
The purpose of the analysis is to support prevention and continuous improvement rather than simply assigning blame.
Corrective & Preventive Actions
When included within the agreed scope, A.R.G. may assist with developing corrective and preventive action recommendations using recognized hazard control principles and may support the employer in tracking and reviewing completion of assigned corrective actions.
Near-Miss Investigations
A.R.G. may also assist employers with investigating near-miss events and other warning indicators that did not result in injury or significant damage but may identify hazards, system weaknesses, or opportunities for preventive action.
Investigation Documentation
Depending on the agreed scope, investigation documentation may include incident information, observations, photographs, interview information, relevant records reviewed, contributing factors, analysis, corrective action recommendations, and other appropriate supporting information.
