Construction, Safety & Health provides professional Health & Safety Program Review & Compliance Gap Analysis Services to assist employers, contractors, and organizations in evaluating existing safety manuals, written programs, policies, procedures, and related documentation for potential gaps, inconsistencies, outdated information, and opportunities for improvement.
Services are tailored to the employer’s operations, industry, workplace hazards, contractual requirements, and agreed scope. A.R.G. may review an entire Health & Safety Manual or selected written programs and compare available documentation with applicable occupational safety and health requirements and the employer’s actual operations.

Compliance Gap Analysis
Depending on the agreed scope, A.R.G. may identify areas where existing documentation appears incomplete, inconsistent with current operations, requires additional evaluation, or may need revision to better address applicable workplace hazards and requirements.
The gap analysis may also identify safety programs or procedures that should be considered based on the employer’s operations, equipment, employee exposures, work activities, or contractual obligations.
Document Review & Recommendations
A.R.G. may provide written observations and recommendations identifying documents or sections that may require revision, expansion, consolidation, removal, or additional development.
When requested under a separate or expanded scope, A.R.G. may assist with revising existing documents or developing additional written safety programs identified during the review.
Company-Specific Evaluation
The review may consider the employer’s industry, workforce, work locations, equipment, operations, known hazards, existing training programs, safety responsibilities, contractor requirements, and other information made available to A.R.G. during the assessment.
