304 – Safety Audit (1–4 Hours)

Professional 1–4 hour Safety Audit designed to evaluate workplace or jobsite conditions, identify safety and health hazards, review existing controls, and recommend practical corrective or preventive actions.

The audit may address PPE, housekeeping, fall protection, electrical safety, tools and equipment, material handling, Hazard Communication, fire prevention, emergency preparedness, mobile equipment, and other applicable safety areas based on the workplace and agreed scope.

Written observations, recommendations, photographs, or corrective-action items may be provided when included in the agreed scope of services.

Description

A.R.G. Construction, Safety & Health provides professional Safety Audit Services designed to help employers, contractors, and organizations evaluate workplace conditions, identify safety and health hazards, review existing controls, and identify opportunities for improvement.

This 1–4 hour Safety Audit may be performed at construction projects, general industry workplaces, facilities, warehouses, shops, offices, or other work environments based on the client’s operations and requested scope.

The audit may include observations and review of areas such as:

During the audit, A.R.G. safety professionals may document observed conditions, identify existing or potential hazards, discuss observations with designated client representatives, and recommend corrective or preventive actions.

The specific areas reviewed depend on the workplace, activities occurring at the time of the audit, identified hazards, available documentation, client requirements, and the agreed scope of services.

When included in the agreed scope, a written report may be provided documenting observations, photographs, recommendations, and corrective-action items for client review and follow-up.

A safety audit represents conditions observed or information made available during the defined audit period. It should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every hazard, deficiency, or regulatory issue has been identified.

Safety Audit Services are intended to support the client’s safety and health management efforts and do not replace the employer’s responsibility to provide a safe and healthful workplace, conduct required inspections, correct hazards, provide required training and supervision, maintain required programs and records, or comply with applicable federal, state, local, contractual, or project-specific requirements.
