903 – MSHA Part 46 New Task Training
A.R.G. Construction, Safety & Health
provides specialized New Task Training
developed to address the requirements
of 30 CFR Part 46, Section 46.7.
This program is designed for miners
assigned to new tasks for which they
have no previous work experience, or
whose existing tasks have changed in
ways that affect their health and
safety risks.
Training focuses on task-specific
hazard recognition, safe work procedures,
chemical hazards, applicable protective
measures, and the mine’s Hazard
Communication (HazCom) program.

- Excavator Operations
- Haul Truck Operations
- Bulldozer Operations
- Crusher and Screening Operations
- Conveyor Systems
- Equipment Maintenance and Repair
- Material Handling Operations
- Other Applicable Mining Tasks

and training requirements.
