New Hire Safety Orientation – English & Spanish
A.R.G. Construction, Safety & Health provides New Hire Safety Orientation in English or Spanish, designed to introduce employees to essential workplace safety and health expectations, company safety policies, employee responsibilities, hazard recognition, safe work practices, and fundamental workplace safety procedures.
This orientation provides employees with a foundation for workplace safety before beginning assigned work activities. It is intended to supplement employer-specific orientation, site-specific requirements, supervisor instructions, and other training required for the employee’s assigned duties.
Language Availability
English or Spanish
Training may be delivered in either language based on the needs of the employer or participating workforce.

Company-Specific Orientation
When included within the agreed training scope, the orientation may incorporate employer-specific information such as organizational safety expectations, attendance requirements, reporting procedures, emergency contacts, required documentation, acknowledgement forms, and other policies established by the employer.
Certificate of Training
Participants who successfully complete the applicable training requirements and required assessments may receive an A.R.G. Construction, Safety & Health Certificate of Training.

Completion of this orientation does not independently authorize an employee to perform specialized or regulated work for which additional training, qualification, certification, evaluation, or employer authorization is required.
