Description
A.R.G. Construction, Safety & Health provides professional Safety Meeting Services to help employers, contractors, supervisors, and project teams communicate workplace hazards, reinforce safe work practices, address changing site conditions, and maintain employee awareness of safety and health expectations.
Safety meetings may be conducted on a daily, weekly, monthly, periodic, or project-specific basis depending on the client’s operations, workforce, project requirements, and agreed scope of services.
Meeting topics are selected according to the work being performed, observed workplace conditions, identified hazards, recent incidents or near misses, seasonal concerns, regulatory requirements, and client safety objectives.

Safety meetings may also be used to communicate recent safety observations, corrective actions, changes in work activities, upcoming high-hazard operations, project-specific requirements, and lessons learned from incidents or near misses.
When included in the agreed scope, A.R.G. may assist with meeting preparation, topic selection, presentation materials, attendance documentation, safety handouts, and records of subjects discussed.
Safety meetings are intended to supplement the employer’s overall safety and health program and should be used together with required employee training, supervision, hazard assessments, site-specific procedures, and other applicable safety requirements.
Participation in a safety meeting does not replace task-specific, equipment-specific, competent person, qualified person, certification, licensing, or other training required by applicable regulations, employer policies, manufacturer instructions, or project requirements.
