Safety Leadership for Supervisors &amp; Foremen Training<\/strong> program is designed to help supervisors, foremen, lead workers, team leaders, managers, and other personnel with workplace leadership responsibilities strengthen their ability to promote safe work practices, recognize hazards, communicate safety expectations, address unsafe conditions and behaviors, and support an effective workplace safety culture.<\/p>\n<p>The program emphasizes the important role frontline leadership plays in translating organizational safety policies and procedures into daily workplace practices. Hazard Recognition<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The program addresses the supervisor&#8217;s role in reviewing work activities before work begins, identifying potential hazards, communicating appropriate controls, reviewing applicable JHAs\/JSAs, and responding when workplace conditions or work activities change.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Safety Communication<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Training addresses practical methods for conducting toolbox talks, pre-job meetings, safety discussions, employee coaching, and other workplace safety communications intended to improve employee understanding and participation.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Incident &amp;
