Incident, Accident &amp; Near-Miss Investigation Training<\/strong> program is designed to help supervisors, managers, safety personnel, foremen, and other workplace personnel understand how to systematically investigate workplace incidents, identify contributing factors and underlying causes, document findings, and develop appropriate corrective and preventive actions.<\/p>\n<p>The program emphasizes prevention and continuous improvement rather than assigning blame.
